To Our Valued Patients :

We wanted to reach out to you to give an update on how things have been going at Innovation Dental.

On May 4th, we resumed our normal business hours and began providing needed dental treatment and hygiene appointments.

Overall, we feel our re-opening of the office has gone very well. The
experience has been a little different with screening questions, phone call
or text check-ins, temperature checks, and everyone wearing masks. We want
to thank you for your understanding and compliance with the increased
precautions and infection control. It has been great to be back doing what
we love and starting to catch up with those of you we missed.

It seems so long ago that this pandemic started. As part of our national
and local response, starting on March 16th we restricted appointments in
our office to dental emergencies for nearly 7 weeks. This required us to
cancel hundreds of routine restorative and cleaning appointments. As a
result, we find ourselves with a lot of catching up to do.

Over the past 3 weeks, we have opened up additional appointment times in
our daily schedule and have added additional days to begin to tackle the
long list of people we need to see. We want you to know that we are making
headway to see everyone we missed during the time our office was closed.
We are prioritizing those that are longest overdue. Unfortunately, it will
take many more weeks to complete this task but we will continue to move
forward. Please feel free to call the office, if you have not already. We
will continue to call you as appointment slots open up.

It has been wonderful to begin to see and care for our patients again.
Please know that we want all of you to feel comfortable and safe while in
our care. We are happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you
may have about your upcoming appointment(s). Thank you for the continued
opportunity to provide dental care to you and your family. We value your
trust and loyalty, and look forward to welcoming back our patients,
